PICK YOUR TRACK
TRACK A — THE CRAFT
TRACK B — THE BUSINESS
Not sure? We decide on the kickoff call after I audit your work and your numbers. Most people are wrong about which one they need — the audit isn’t a formality.
DAYS 1–30
DAYS 31–60
DAYS 61–90
Both tracks share the same three-phase shape and the same gates. What changes is what we build inside each phase. We do not move forward until the gate is cleared — the order is the strategy.
Every call: review your submitted work, then build or fix the next asset live together, then lock your next assignment. Submit at least 24 hours before the call. No submission means the call becomes a 10-minute check-in, and we both lose a week. Weeks 6 and 12 run longer for the mid-point and exit reviews.
Send questions, wins and blockers as they happen. I answer with voice notes, usually same day, always within one business day. One thing jumps the queue: anything live. A brand replied, a proposal is about to go out, you’re on location and stuck — that gets me same day, every time.
Reels, edits, decks, pages: send the link and you get a recorded teardown on your actual timeline — biggest issue first, never more than three fixes at once, and the exact next move. Words can’t grade color or pacing. Video can.
I tear down three pieces of your work on camera — composition, light, coverage, pacing, sound, grade — and we name the two weaknesses costing you the most. Then we define the single outcome these ninety days point at.
YOU SHIP
SKILL AUDIT + TARGET PIECE
Composition and lighting drills on assignment, reviewed frame by frame. You reshoot the same subject until the frame reads without explanation.
YOU SHIP
2 DRILL SETS PER WEEK
Story structure, pacing, invisible cuts and eye trace applied to your own timeline. We recut a sequence together on screen share. Mid-point review: honest reset if the work isn’t moving.
YOU SHIP
RECUT SEQUENCE
Sound design and color on your hero piece — the two things that separate ‘clean’ from ‘can’t look away.’ Graded and mixed to delivery standard, reviewed on Loom.
YOU SHIP
GRADED + MIXED HERO PIECE
We define what your work looks like when it’s unmistakably yours, then rebuild your reel around it — opening three seconds first, everything else earning its place.
YOU SHIP
NEW REEL
A real shoot on a real deadline: brief, shot list, execution, delivery — coached live. Then the exit call: before-and-after of your work, and the plan for the next two quarters.
YOU SHIP
DELIVERED PROJECT + PLAN
We go through your intake, your numbers and my audit of your work together, choose your niche direction, and define the single outcome these ninety days point at. Everything after this call serves that sentence.
YOU SHIP
NICHE ONE-PAGER
We sharpen who you serve and what your work must prove to them, then recut your reel around that promise. Loom teardown before the call, live recut on it.
YOU SHIP
REEL V2
Your services become a packaged offer with clear deliverables, tiers and scope boundaries. Then we set your numbers for real and rehearse the moment a prospect says it’s expensive.
YOU SHIP
FINAL OFFER STACK
Your pitch deck comes together with your work inside it, we build a prospect list of fifty to one hundred brands, rewrite your outreach email, and send the first five pitches on the call.
YOU SHIP
DECK + LIST + 5 PITCHES SENT
Minimum five tailored pitches a week from here to day ninety. We read the real response data and sharpen the angle.
YOU SHIP
5+ PITCHES/WEEK + FOLLOW-UPS
Full discovery-call roleplay with me as the prospect, twice — once cold, once after feedback. Then we build the proposal for your hottest lead and price it.
YOU SHIP
REVIEWED PROPOSAL, SENT
Real threads, real numbers: concession strategy, scope protection, deposit terms — coached as it happens. Then we pull your before-and-after numbers and write the plan for the next two quarters.
YOU SHIP
CLOSE ATTEMPT + PLAN
HOW WE JUDGE IT — AGREED ON DAY ONE
— Your three kickoff pieces vs. your day-90 film, side by side.
— The two weaknesses named in the audit: measurably fixed.
— The covered scene cuts three ways without reshooting.
HOW WE JUDGE IT — TRACKED TOGETHER
— Weekly calls attended, deliverables shipped on schedule.
— Twenty tailored pitches per month, logged in the tracker.
— Every discovery call the outreach generated, taken.
Neither guarantee is fine print designed to dodge a refund — both are measured by the same tracker we use to get you the result. If you do the work and it doesn’t work, that’s on me, not you.
Show up to the weekly calls
Reschedules happen, life happens. Miss two without notice and the clock stops.
Ship the between-call deliverables
Track A: the drills, the covered scene, the graded piece, the reel. Track B: portfolio, deck, offer, outreach list. On schedule, two revision rounds max — then it ships. The market gives better notes than either of us.
Put in the reps
Track A: minimum two shoot or edit drills per week. Track B: minimum twenty tailored pitches per month. Every one logged in your tracker.
Take the opportunities
Every discovery call, every shoot, every brief that comes your way inside the ninety days — you show up to it.
You have a shared tracker from day one: every call, every deliverable, every rep, and a results block that fills itself as the quarter runs. It’s not fine print, it’s the instrument. Hold up these four for twelve months and if the investment hasn’t come back from client work, I refund every dollar. That was the deal, and I keep it.
